Fed Gov. Miran, the central bank's most dovish rate-cut advocate, may again lower his 2026 forecast from 4 cuts to possibly 3, as Iran war energy costs have "changed the distribution of risks." Still backs April 28-29 cut on jobs. Market pricing: rates unchanged until June 2027.
