VS Code 1.117.0: git.addAICoAuthor default changed to chatAndAgent -- adds Co-authored-by: GitHub Copilot to commits when Copilot Chat/Agent was used, without opt-in. First shipped as all on April 16, walked back after backlash. PR #313725 asks to revert to off.
